Shipping Policy explains how we handle deliveries within Australia. By placing an order on our website
(merciio.com), you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Destination & Currency

  • We operate exclusively within Australia. We do not ship to international addresses, overseas territories,
    or freight forwarding companies outside the country. All transactions, shipping charges, and product
    prices are strictly processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

2. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Threshold

  • We offer straightforward and transparent delivery pricing for our Australian customers:
    Orders under $60.00 AUD: A flat shipping fee of $9.95 AUD applies.
    Orders $60.00 AUD and over: Free Standard Shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

3. Order Handling, Transit & Cut-Off Times

  • We work efficiently to get your items sent out as quickly as possible. Please keep the following
    timeframes in mind when making a purchase:
    Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (AEST - Australian Eastern Standard Time), Monday to Friday.
    Order Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after the cut-off
    time or over the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.
    Transit Time: 7 to 15 business days (Monday to Friday) via reliable local delivery services.
  • Please note that total delivery times include both handling time and transit time. Delivery schedules are
    based on business days and do not include public holidays or weekends.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been packaged and handed over to our shipping partner, we will send you a
    shipping confirmation email. This email will contain a unique tracking number and a link to view your
    package's delivery progress.

5. Delivery Address Changes & Cancellations

  • We want to dispatch your items quickly, which means we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations
    once an order is placed. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please call or email us
    immediately. If the warehouse has already processed the order, we will not be able to modify the delivery
    route, and the customer will be responsible for any redelivery costs incurred due to incorrect address
    details.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • We pack every order with care to prevent transit issues. However, if your items arrive damaged, or if
    your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of
    delivery or expected delivery. We will open an investigation with the courier service and arrange a
    replacement or refund as appropriate.
